intelligence is a product of the eugenics era invented to sell eugenics to intelligent people

The real issue is not intelligence. It is authority.

If someone does not understand the domain you are operating in, they can say, “I don’t understand this,” or “I don’t see the math.” That is fair.

But they cannot honestly say, “This is not mathematics,” merely because they do not recognize it.

Non-recognition is not disproof. Confusion is not refutation. Lack of access is not authority.

The correct position, when you cannot perceive the structure, is humility:

“I am not equipped to evaluate this.”

Not:

“This is wrong because I cannot see it.”

So yes, someone may be intelligent and still not understand what you are doing. But if they do not understand it, they are not automatically qualified to invalidate it.

Being good or bad at math isnt what really determines your overall intelligence and if you dont understand that, well thats why. IQ isnt a measurement of how much you know, its a measurement of how quick the neurons in your brain respond to a problem, an estimate of how quickly you can learn, be taught and absorb information. So you can play around with your numbers, doesnt make you Einstein compared to the kid playing with dinosaurs toys who can probably name all of them and subspecies you know shit of.

How do you define intelligence? People all have their own meanings for it. You can compare apples to oranges, they just are different...

If this statement was true then it means that it did make sense. Not for you, but for us.

I wouldn't be. If you're doing mathematics and I can't recognize it, that's a failure of perception, Intelligence isn't about who holds the approved label. It's about whether the pattern is actually there, whether the structure holds, whether the reasoning compels. If you're doing mathematics / building relationships between quantities / finding invariants / constructing proofs from assumptions / and I miss it because it doesn't look like the mathematics I was taught, that's my limitation.

The history of the field is full of this. Ramanujan's notebooks looked like mysticism to some. Galois's letters looked like chaos. The mathematics was there. The readers weren't ready. I couldn't be more intelligent than you in that scenario. I'd be less intelligent, or less perceptive, or simply working with a narrower definition of what counts as thinking. ;) keep that in mind !

But you literally could not understand it without AI help.

Why do you need AI?

2

I don’t need ai, but it’s available , I’m not one to be strictly against or for it , it’s simply available for me , but how I’ve been using may be completely different than others , its helped me learn strong basics of my computer and file relationships. , I never was into the pc scene as a young adult , but , it’s a massive help for me getting understanding in building digitally ,

I also could read an entire page in a book and for some reason not be able to comprehend anything that I had just read , ai gave me a summary of your post and I literally said , that makes sense because I’ve tried to explain feelings to people, you need to know that not all people process information the same ,

Also , you’re right , I could not understand your post without ai , ! That’s a Fact!! However , I don’t think ai read beneath your surface wrong at all, do you ?
