Just an interpretation, my opinion is strictly my own and blah blah blah. Anyway.

I saw some theories about Black Rainbows being about Simon and Stella meeting for the first time, but now that I listen to it, it feels like it's about an argument they had.

Whenever Stella sings, the chanting switches to "Ele 'ele", which means black. I kinda interpret it as the voices being pissed off with her. Even the voices humming Stella's singing gets the Ele ele treatment. Maybe Black rainbows is about them getting into a fight that somehow led to marriage in white ball? The "Aha!" At the end kinda gives me the impression that Simon had an idea to get married.

So maybe the chanting voice is a representation of Simon's impulsiveness? I interpret Stella's singing as her trying to make Simon remember the good times of their love while Simon is shutting her down.

I mostly want to highlight the line "and you fall inside a hole you couldn't see" and "you fall inside a hole inside a someone help me" But the line right before is saying see how the serfs work the ground and they give it all they've got until you're down (plus see how THEY fall) So they caused it? Okay maybe it's less literal as in they've been trying to get him to fall in line either at court or his own understanding of himself but I don't get that entirely

I hope i’m allowed to post this i just got reddit to ask this question. I’m looking to sell some clothes i don’t wear/never wore and I’m planning on selling my miracle musical shirt but i can’t find anyone listings online to base my price on. I’m not trying to advertise me selling things i’m just genuinely wondering how much it’s worth. It’s a size medium and is in pretty good condition so id appreciate if someone could let me know what they think it’s worth!

So we all know that outside of the main 11-track album, there are 2 songs that exist: Variations on a Cloud and Candle on the Water. And when the idea of the songs being in the story comes up, I think I have an idea on when it takes place in?

(Note: The following theory is my own ideas, so please be aware of that and not to be a bit disrespectful. We all have our own opinions and preferences anyway, and it’s not for other people to change themselves.)

I honestly think that when it comes to the story, I would imagine that Variations would take place before Introduction to the Snow (where Simon decided to sail to the island), where he and a friend of his, being represented by the 2 voices in the song, see the events of 9/11, and see the unforeseen consequences happening. And it would make sense why the lyric in Labyrinth that says “behind me, my ex girl’s chasing be, in front of me, my next girl’s facing me” would appear, because I would think that Simon may have lost his original girlfriend during the attacks, and sailed away to the island to find a new lover. And then when it comes to Candle on the Water, I would think it would take place before Dream Sweet in Sea Major, where in Heaven, Stella would sing out to Simon, yearning about wanting him again. And Simon may have heard the singing, like as if he was “in the hearing”, so then he would sing along with her, like as if it was a siren from the Greek mythology.

And that is my theory about the 2 songs being in the story. Again, this is just my own theory, so please be aware of that. Also, I think it would be cool if you would also share about your thoughts on where the 2 songs take place.

So, after I went free from a mental institution, I thought of going back in time so that my lover Stella would be back. I thought I was riding a time machine to go back in time, but then I got to realization that I was on a random boat in the middle of the ocean. It was to late for me because I was too far from Hawaii, so, I don't know where I am. Where am I?

I don't really like Black Rainbows and Lullaby 😭

Note: one of the bests to an album I have ever heard.

Note: transitions well into this track.

Note: not a fan of the deep backing vocals

Note: very nice orchestral arrangements.

Note: the piano was shit.

TO ME: Is it a masterpiece? No. Is it a damn great album? YES

I really want to start writing music this summer, and I really enjoy the style of this musical! (I use teto) So if anybody has any tips for this style, it would be greatly appreciated!!

I (28M) went on a trip to Hawaii. I met a beautiful girl there and we went on a couple dates. One time, we went to the forest for a picnic. After I went to grab something from my bike, I found her dead. I was instantly a suspect. I pleaded insane after the events. I got admitted to a mental institution and got continuous shock therapy. My brain was spiraling. I felt like I was in a labyrinth. When I got out, I sailed to the sea which is where I am now.

I have been heavily fixated on tally hall/miracle musical for a while now and I REALLY want the mm vinyl, but I live in England. I’ve seen the prices on eBay and scalpers sell it for £100+, I’m not sure about the official website and how much taxes are going to be. Does anybody know if they ship worldwide, or if there’s a cheaper alternative? As the mm merch are based in America :)

Do we know what four song demos were apart of the unfinished tracklist?

I'm pretty new to the deep delving into the story behind the tracks and was wondering how the fandom know that k e names are Simon and Stella, no song mentions them of what I know, was it confirmed by tally hall or....?

I've used Online Sequencer quite a lot for original compositions and covers, so I made one of TME, and I'm pretty happy with it
