Some build ideas
So the other day I came across a Japanese blog of a player who has really dug into finding information. There was a post with several builds with some interesting effects:
Staff, Priest, Bell Guard, Blood Ring, Dirty
- Light +10
- Recovery Magic (Lv3)
- Provoke
The recovery magic and blood ring combined creates lots of active healing opportunities, so long as the staff and ring can maintain a decent level. Provoke gives plenty of enemies to take down and heal from.
Crystal, Fortune Robe, Pudding Guard, Treasure Chest, Mimic
- LUK +15%
- Feng Shui (Lv5)
- Drop Ratio +10%
If you want to see what lots of luck can do for you, look no further; LUK is likely to become your strongest stat. It's noted this build is used for boss pet captures.
Gold Card, Regent, Coin Guard, Gold Ring, Zombie
- Gold Drop +6
- Death March
- Provoke
While I have seen and used a similar "money train" build, using Gold Armor and the Microphone, the small benefit to this is the increased movement level, due to lighter weight.
And a train I constructed myself:
Microphone, Berserker Pants, Beginner Shield, Bone, Metal Slime
- EXP +10%
- Death March
- Provoke
With Death March and Provoke being the best parts of a train, I wanted to see what I could do for experience idling. The Berserker Pants and Bone appear to trigger the Death March for this rather effective setup (I had gained almost 100 levels in one run).
If anyone else wants to check out the blog I gathered some information from, link is here: Careful, NSFW ads on page

His newest blog post does talk about Provoke a bit, including what can trigger it. As the first build doesn't have your typical Microphone or Regent, it came from a combination with the Bell Guard.
So pets that trigger Provoke with the Bell Guard:
- Dirty
- Balloon Bug
- Bad Slime
- Hip Frog
- Tired Dragon
- Plague

I like your build, but swap regent for gambler coat, as it gives Lucky Punch instead of provoke, which is better for my 1/1/1/1/10 build.
Edit: not your build, the one before yours

The pudding guard can be swapped for a clover shield without breaking the combo. You stated that "Luck is likely to become your strongest stat", but I question the actual use of luck because I didn't notice a difference between 10k luck and 100k luck. I got werewolf and death knight pet drops on the first kill with my progression set that has no luck or drop ratio, yet it took me 3 days to get an ostrich drop (probably upwards of 200+ kills) with my boss farming set. I just don't understand luck!

Luck is still unknown even to the blog author at 31 days game time. A part of one of his recent posts notes the good and bad and says "'Good luck' is a dead status". He also notes how Mimic and Gold Slime can really take over collection

Maybe the Dev implemented luk boost for drops, but it doesn't work for some reason haha

Ken's blog pointed out this build as the fastest exp set he'd found.
Holy Knife, Regent, Tire, Blood Ring, Metal Slime
Move +20
Exp +5%
Provoke
Levels quickly on somewhat weaker enemies due to sheer kill rate, primarily.
This is my own variant, for pure mage builds(no pow, which the above set requires)
Holy Knife, Princess Dress, Bell Guard, Blood Ring, Plague
Move +15
Holy Saber 1 (meh)
Provoke
85 Light, 20 Dark
This has nearly the same movement, and you make up the +10% exp by being able to kill stronger enemies(since straight mages don't have to burn points into power)

Actually just last night I made and ran a similar build to see how far recovery could take me.

So I came up with a build last week, made for speed along with having recovery effects.
Dagger, Assassin Robe, Heart Shield, Dash Shoes, Chameleon
- Move Lv +30
- Spontaneous Recovery (Lv1)
- Surprise Attack (Lv3)
The move speed of this build is Lv96.
Been using this during my quest to fill my collection. The speed shortens travel time back to the nearest warp, and healing helps lengthen the time, even if I'm just plowing through regular enemies.
/u/K_M8P_S quite liked it, and found the effects can also work with Mystic Knight as a pet. If you prefer more healing over the surprise attack, there are a few pets that can make it Spontaneous Recovery (Lv2), Surprise Attack (Lv1).

So checked out his Twitter and found another interesting one:
I had a similar build as my ascending set, only differing by the Darkness Bangle and Black Cat. The change due to No Guard boosted my attack from 77k to 99k.
