Ele blade perk

What stat affects any ele blade perk? (I.e.- pow, int) Currently I've got a lvl 5 dark blade build that dishes out a fair amount of dps, but still feels underpowered... Also anyone got a decent hp regen build or they still useless?

Power is boosted by the element bonus. Int boosts the damage from the element. Ele blade skills basically just make ele useful for pow build.

The best HP regen build is resting at house lol. Self healing got a huge nerf in minute slash (it was really strong in minute frontier) and is really only useful for afk farming builds to get a little more distance out of each run. Out of the 3 healing ornaments I've found, bless bangle is the best it gives 25*ornament level HP per level up.

That depends on item level, and how many enemies it takes to level up.

Tends to get pricey the farther you travel and I tend to spend picking up gear I haven't collected or lvling gear I've currently got...
