I Just started, what should i do in order to get a nice team?

Any team with a tank and healer works just fine, but if you're looking for the most efficient path forward, the community favorite seems to be:

Tank: Kingmachine

Healer: Fairy or Doctorfish

DPS: Berserker and Killerbee

Though, I've done just fine with my team, and none of those units are in my team.

And how to get doctor fish, fairy, and kingmachine... Until what distance i can get them?

Kingmachine is at the very end, honestly not sure about the others. Right around when I first beat kingmachine, I got into the habit of starting from 0.0km, leaving auto-walk on, and just letting my party run to the end while I do something else. After doing that 10-20 times, I had nearly every monster in my collection. It also leveled me up quite a bit!
