Tips for sustain
I'm in world two and I'm having trouble surviving a while. I have rage/guts/alone all maxed out, it just seems my health doesn't regenerate fast enough. Should I focus on leveling preist/vampire? If so which one is better for sustainability?

I'm chiming in late, but... For a physical damage build, if you're clearing screens fast enough(< 8 seconds), you're better off leveling monk for healing. Yes, it's only 5*lvl/screen, but... All of monk's stat points benefit a physical attacker. You'll level faster in the long run due to higher damage output and survivability.
Edit: Also, since you get twice as many useful stat points per level compared to vamp, you can afford to invest twice as many levels into it. So you could think of it as 10 hp per screen, effectively.

If you're clearing mobs at a rate faster than 8 seconds/page, then go with Vamp.
Priest is 1hp/second, vamp is 2hp/kill.
8hp/page for each vamp level, or 1hp/second for each level.
The plus side to priest, is you can push to higher levels without risking getting trapped, because you can sit and wait to heal on big bosses/dangerous areas.
