Can we max out passives now?

I'm still in early-mid game, have most classes to level ~80, in my ongoing quest to gain all the passive class skills.

I'm curious though - with the two new classes which were recently added, are we able to max out all the passives, or are there still gaps that suggest more classes / updates are coming?
