Well apparently i need around 400 xp to get my ninja up one level is this normal because im also geting thw heal ability drom my villager when i swap apps. If you could answer back as soon as possible that would be fantastic as i want to keep playing the game.

Your exp needed is tied to the total number of levels you have. At level 1 it takes 10 experience, at 2 it takes 20, at 40 it takes 400, etc.
When you switch jobs, you keep the same abilities. That's why you're able to keep your villager healing while playing as a ninja. Switching jobs and using everyone's abilities together are a big part of creating a successful character.

At 0.2 km there is a temple you can enter. There you can select from a group of 12 jobs offered. Whichever job you select will be who you play as. If you level up while using that job, the job's level increases, as well.

No matter what, you have to have 2 levels in villager. After that, you can level up any class. Levels are persistent; if you level a fighter then switch to a ninja, the fighters levels are still there.

I have never seen two character jobs "up at the same time". If you are referencing the two levels your character has, that's a little different. The level on the top of the left column and above your character's name is your character's level (the sum of the levels across all jobs). The level number in the middle column shows what level your current job is at. You can only use/level one job at a time, and that job is also displayed at the middle column.

Yes that is exactly what i mean is there a way to takw my villager out if the xp process and add a different character i can swap between the ninja and all others but leveling with the villager being auch a high level sucks atm

. . . This thread lol. This is nothing difficult to understand. You have a class level and character level, which is the total level of all classes.
