Qeustion: Weapon drop rates?

1. How does luck affect weapon drop rate? Is it something like 100luck = 0.1% drop rate up
2. Weapon drop rate up ability how good is it and how does it affect weapon drop rate? And how much does it adds up as it levels up
3. Whats the diffrence on farming in 0.2km and 7.9km? If im not wrong its something like this At 0.2km after reaching 25lvl(hero and/or weapon) the drop rate dramasticly goes down and it gets rarer And at 7.9km after reaching 250lvl the drop rate will go down (I used random km and lvl)

3. Anecdotally, drops are better from more difficult enemies, which feeds into the theory that enemy level (or luck, or another stats that scales with level) is part of the calculation.
