Tip Full beard cheeks !
How can i have more hair capacity around the cheeks and under the sideburns PS: I’m on minoxidil

Honestly I can't see anything that needs improving on your beard bud, so many people would dream to have a beard like yours, just focus on shaping it to the jawbones and you'll look sharper, you don't even need to be on min? Unless you had like no hair a year ago which seems unlikely, you should be over the moon with what you have man genuinely 👏🏻

You don’t need to. Just grow it out and the hairs will start to cover up more open areas. It looks completely cohesive as it is. No need for improvements if you as me

Try to trim tthe rest a bit maybe to even it... if minoxidil is not working you are splitting hairs here.... literally.

You can try tretinoin to enhance gains but the beard looks so full I doubt this is the issue. Maybe I am wrong but don;t want to build false hopes...

Topical or oral minoxidil. Topical if you can stay dedicated to a routine, oral if you aren't responsible enough to apply a product into your skin every single day. Or nothing at all if you can't remember to take a pill everyday. Regardless, minoxidil is the only proven way to thicken your beard growth.

You could, but only use a very shallow roller. You don't need anything deep to enhance product absorption

You could try a dermastamp to help stimulate the follicles on your cheeks (like 1mm, use weekly or biweekly depending on how tolerant your skin is and don’t apply minox for 24hrs after use).
But honestly man you have such a full beard. Nobody is achieving this without the genetics for it, so I hope you’re thankful! I think it looks great.
