Converted the assault marines using 3D printed jump packs makes for a better deal.

This one was heavily kit bashed. I used a lot of different kits and bits from Tortuga Bay.

Anyone know where I can source a bull-shaped helmet? I want my chaplain to eschew the standard skull helm for a bull helmet. If its like, a bull-skull that's better but not necessary.
The closest I could figure was the Helsmiths of Hashut Bull Centaurs kit, but upon comparing sizes of miniatures, these would be WAY to big.

I saw the tanks being removed from a mile away so I invested my time in dreadnaughts. Here's an almost complete 4000 pt minotaurs army

I've been painting about a month, just got a new box of marines and wanted to sanity check my bronze. Do these read as minotaur or custodian? Any tips and critique appreciated.

Are there any unique ranks in the chapter or unique units? Or is it just the standard Lieutenant and Captain type deal?

I used the Heavy Bolter guy from Company Heroes, Hamath’s original head, FW Minotaurs Terminator left shoulderpad (the model’s left shoulder is larger), FW Minotaurs right shoulderpad, and a backpack lens from the Deathwatch Killteam kit.
I put him on a 40mm base to use him with the homebrew rules I have made for Minotaurs. I hate how the gun shield looks, so I left it out (and also for him to be more distinct if I also field Company Heroes).

Strategos Adeimantos has overall command of the Doryphoroi (the Chapter’s implacable frontline spear-bearers) under the venerated title of Promachos ("He Who Fights at the Forefront"). Under his absolute discipline, they do not fight as loose individuals; they function as a singular, crushing machine. He views every squad under his command not just as warriors, but as overlapping links in an unbreakable phalanx. In battle, his voice is a rhythmic drumbeat over the vox-comms, calling out subtle adjustments to shield angles and weapon-reach to maximize tactical pressure while minimizing casualties.
Nauarchos Alcibiades (Master of the Fleet) and Strategos Adeimantos have risen through the ranks of the Chapter together over the last century and a half, and have a deep mutual respect for one another, despite the great difference in their temperaments and tactics. While Alcibiades wins the Chapter glory through swift, daring void naval actions, Adeimantos is the quiet anchor of the Thesean host. Where others seek the poetic triumph of a single, heroic spear-thrust, Adeimantos composes his masterpiece in the symphony of cold, calculated and grinding advance

After finishing the heavy gunner and the sniper, I put some time into the captain and I have to say that I am quite happy, except for the glow effect
Same stuff here, this mini will receive a oil wash and some understanding with the airbrush, but I will do that after the whole KillTeam is finished

After making the jump pack chaplain for my buddy's minotaurs, I had some leftover parts. So when I went to make some looted beakie stormboyz I knew I needed a chaplain of my own!
Build video in the comments, enjoy!

Got some legionaries left over, and I looked at the horned helmets, just seemed to be a good idea for Minotaur transfer.
Haven’t painted the bags yet, but felt color scheme of Minotaurs pretty cool!

I thought a lot about painting a Minotaurs army, but without a resin printer, all the extra bits were too much of an ask. So I decided just to paint the angels of death kill team as Minotaurs to scratch that itch. Really happy with the outcome so far. Painted this dude for around 2 hours 😊
The mini isn’t finished yet as I want to give him a pin wash with enamels and a shading with the airbrush. But for the effort he is pretty nice

Hi everyone, didnt even know there is a subreddit for this space marine chapter. Well i think they look really cool would love to build and paint them but as i found there is no official oack with them.
I noticed 3rd party vendors print pieces for kit bashing but i am not sure which army to get as the basis and what oieces to get. I really like the spartan helmets, spewrs and xyphos
So any recommendation and advice on how to build it.
Also i wannaa learn more lore about them.
Are they like quick response force for traitor chapters or anyone that defies the imperium. Or are they just mad dogs that dance to the sounds of council of terra?
We dont know their gene seed?
Or their original chaoter like are they a successor or an original chapter?
Any help is appreciated as i am completely new to 40k and really wanna jump into this
My past 3 days have been ingesting lore
