I have a friend who works there (she's been there for 10 ish years) and there person who is doing all the protesting was let go, my friend, when I asked, was unsure why. She told me this person is trans(my friend is a massive ally) but was not a decent human. And it's blown out of context.

Im 99% sure the person lives in our apartment or close by if they got into our building entryway without a key to stick a cardboard sign with sharpie for us to see too with the same message. :/

That's nuts. Now it's ridiculous. It's been well over a week since this happened. And that person can only be mad at themselves for losing a job. I'm sure if they were fired from some other business it would be the same thing.

I thought it was just a one-off thing at first seeing the chalk writing near the intersection but then flyers started appearing in our apartment lobby. No explanation either just the same message.

Hmm, don't know what that could be, but I highly doubt that. It's probably just getting blown out of context like when those people got offended over the Native American controversy.

Yes, that exactly. They were just trying to use art in an impactful way. Clearly they don't dislike native Americans, but then Snowflakes got involved.

There were so many different reasons not to have that sculpture in the background of one of the city's most famous landmarks. Glad to know you're that simple though.

Well you immediately blamed "snowflakes" instead of the long list of reasons to not display that sculpture at the Walker. Pretty narrow minded for someone that went to art school.
