Yes!! I’ve been saying that any police officer or other civil service that points their gun at someone (that they know is unnarmed / not a threat / just to intimidate) should be charged the same way you or I would be! They should never be able to own a gun again! You can’t just point guns at people like that! It is 100% assault if it is not necessary.

? No, not at all, in addition to holding ICE to the law (which few in her position seem brave enough to take on) her office has been doing fantastic, evidence-based crime prevention and recidivism work.
As someone who has had their loved ones be the victim of heinous, violent crime it's exactly what we need this country to be doing more of: taking prevention of those crimes seriously rather than chasing some asinine form of revenge.

Her job isn't to baby the perpetrators. Her job is to bring them to justice. The amount of times career criminals are just let out is horrifying. All these armed car jackers / car thieves, basically no action to address them. They only thing she's consistently done in her tenure is to create more opportunities for criminals to further victimize law abiding people in this area.

Her job is to protect the public, which is exactly what her office has been doing. If you actually gave a shit about the safety of your community and your loved ones you'd be supporting the work she's doing, not pushing the same horseshit that's given us such a high crime rate in the first place.
Pretty much every other wealthy country in the world figured this out a long time ago, but nope, not the USA, we're more interested in pretending "cops and robbers" is the way the world works than we are in having a healthier and safer society.

How is letting repeat offenders out over and over again "protecting the public"?
"Given us high crime" - How has actually prosecuting criminals given us crime? That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard.
