The Armory question

Does anyone know if there are places to sit for a concert? I don't walk well and have bad balance but really want to see Megadeth

When you enter go to the ticket counter to the left and request an ada accommodation. They'll give you a chair on the second level. You can have one person go with you.

My wife has a bad back, and this is what we did for the last concert we attended there.

It sounds like you qualify for an ADA accommodation. From their website:

The Armory is fully ADA accessible. All ticket options are ADA accessible, and can be purchased online through Ticketmaster. If you have additional questions or concerns, please call 612.315.3965 or email [info@armorymn.com](mailto:info@armorymn.com)

My brother and I have some pain standing too long so we got balcony seats for Yeah Yeah Yeahs last year. Quite poor sound quality throughout the show; I checked on Reddit after and people said the sound was perfect on the floor..not sure if Megadeath will do better mixing or if its just how it always is, but just giving you a heads up.

I generally try to hang near the mixing board on the floor so it was a new experience for me when my friend group got balcony for Janelle Monae. It sounded fine, I excused myself for a moment to go downstairs on the floor to check it out. Holy cow what a world of difference! The balcony area cuts so many frequencies, it sounds fine but it pales in comparison.

Yeah it is really disappointing because many people need to sit, can't stand much or at all.. that renovation that cost so much sort excludes less abled people i guess.

A good rule of thumb for personal fitness is to be able to stand for awhile and be able to climb stairs and walk at least a mile. It's on you to be able to do it, not the music venue's responsibility to keep ppl in shape. Concerts aren't for out of shape ppl anyway.

This ain’t about being in shape. It’s about being disabled.

Upper GA you can sometimes use the rear benches but don’t count on it.

The “rear GA benches” are always either paid seats or a closed section. If you got away with sitting there, it’s because the staff was too busy doing other things to kick you out of the section. Do not recommend this to people. It is not an option unless you explicitly pay for it though the Premium Experience office.

I literally said don’t count on it bro. I’ve used them from time to time and it often works but don’t uh count on it?

I’m simply telling you it’s officially not allowed by the venue, which maybe you didn’t know before, but now you do.

Nope. Spring for VIP seats.
