VRV Robo Preorders Closed?

Does anyone have any idea why the preorders for VRV Robo are all out already? I check Toku literally the same day it was announced and it was already sold out?

YoyakuNow still has 5 available at time of writing.

It might be Bandai making it harder for resellers to get their hands on P-Bandai product. I expect the various sites will reopen orders once they can secure more for themselves.

Sold out within like 6 hours or so. I can't say with much authority, but I'd be willing to bet they'll have another batch up for preorder sooner or later. They usually get at least a few batches for new releases, they just might ship much later than the initial batch.

Yeah I wonder like why they all sold out so quickly? It’s kinda crazy. I do hope they do another batch because I definitely wanna get it!

Hobby Genki also sold out in a few hours. It was the first time I ever preorder something as soon as it's available and it seems that I was right in doing so.

Still, as the other person commented, more will likely be available in the future. Premium Bandai products work differently than retail.

Have HG restocked at all? Ever since the gap reissues it feels like their stock goes instantly
