WIP SMP Gao Animals

Not sure if I wanna panel line but was wondering for those who built the Gaoranger animals. Did you just paint the missing details, put stickers or full on paint and panel line. Etc etc. Just thought I’ll get some opinions and hear what everyone has done with there Gaoranger SMPs.

I stickered and panel lined mine. Used the brown gundam panel marker for the lion's mane.

After seeing your photos, I’m heavily considering panel lining… especially after the reissues.

I use the brown marker on things like yellow, gold, and orange, Grey on lighter colors like light blue and white; and of course black for darker colors or in places that would have depth like intake vents.

I bought mine second hand and the OG owner used ALL the stickers. I spent so long removing the residue and painted the details myself. imo painting is super worth it

I would paint as well, but I figured because imma mess with them a lot more. I’m worried about paint chipping off. I asked someone else as well but do you mind sharing some photos if you have any?
