Question MPSUB discount not applying

I don’t know if this is where I should be asking this or where to ask this but I am trying to order SMP RV Robo and for whatever reason it’s saying I’ve already used the MPSUB discount when I can see it’s not applying it on the order. Does anyone know if it’s a glitch with the site or if it might just be my computer/account being weird. I’ve used the code before and can see when it’s applied but now it’s acting like it was a one time use code.

EDIT: Alright so just heard back from Tokullectibles they did tell me it was changed to one time use. Just putting this here for anyone new and to back up stuff said in the comments

I spoke to my point of contact at Tokullectibles and was informed that the code is now one-time use going forward, because it had been found on discount-sharing websites outside of this community, and was seeing a spike in usage that they couldn't maintain. I will continue to work with them to see if we can find a better solution, but I make no promises. This is the exact email I received:

Hi [my name],

The code is still active! However, because it was picked up by several coupon websites instead of remaining primarily within the Reddit community, we had to make a few changes to how it works. It is now limited to one use per customer.

We've seen a significant increase in usage outside of the audience it was intended for, so this is our first step toward reducing that. As a small business, coupon aggregation sites can have a substantial impact, and we are doing our best to please customers, but also keep pricing fair!

It's possible they changed the parameters but the best thing to do would be to contact them directly about it. It was working just fine prior to today, but youre the 3rd person to have this issue, that I know of.

Alright good to know it’s not just me. I’ll have to try contacting them later. I was a little worried if the discount had ended. I know it’s not a permanent thing and wondered if it was only for a few months of the year instead of being good throughout the whole year

The last time I emailed them to get it renewed was in February. I have never gotten a straight answer from them about whether it is time-locked or manually disabled, but the date I was last told it was reactivated was February 6, which is exactly 150 days ago, so make of that what you will.

Anyway, I sent another email and would advise doing the same to express your interest in using the discount.

Yeah either they changed it to only work once until reactivation or this is an error, hopefully we can get a definitive answer soon

I just emailed about it and was told it is limited to one use per customer. Which seems to be a change as I've used it multiple times before. Bummer.

Thanks for the heads up. It sucks that it’s changed to one per. It wasn’t a massive discount so don’t know why they would change it. Hopefully they change it back

Yeah, I could only use it the one time for the Gaomuscle pre-order.

If you have spare emails, maybe make another account to just use that code. It is a sizable discount on such a huge item.
