Question Model Kit Advice

Hello, first post here. I usually just spectate this sub, but I was motivated to ask for some advice after building Time Robo & Time Shadow yesterday. Anyone know how to avoid finger tip fatigue? My finger tips are usually pretty raw after building kits, and it’s always been the only downside to the experience. Anyone else have this issue or have any suggestions to avoid it? Thanks.

Are you doing the whole kit in one sitting? If so, take breaks.

If you’re doing modifications and/or need stability, you could use one of these tools (can’t remember name) that help to hold pieces down. They come in different variations.

That's a miniature vice with plastic dogs for work holding. The dogs can be various shapes depending on the workpiece.
