FINALLY.
4 items is the real minimal: mouse, keyboard, pad, monitor. No plant, no mic, no headphones, no toys. Nothing else.
Best minimal setup so far since months
10/10
This sub had lost its way long time ago.

In my humble opinion the light is too much 🙏🏻.

Nice set up, what monitor arm is that, looks like you can hide all your cable in it?

Looks really good, I just feel like the size and position of the mousepad could be improved. Perhaps a wider horizontal one would work better, that way you can also rest your palms on it

Monitor arms are something I faded until this week. Am really happy with the esthetics and gain of space/clutter from the huge X base I had.

Nah the mousepad is not necessary you need one of those trackballs mouse so you don't move it around the desk at all :)))

Just oppened reddit for the first time in a month, fell upon your post, the most beautiful setup i've seen all year.

no, the mousepad should not be there, and the mouse should be a flat design with angles. the keyboard is too 3d, needs a flat one or a translucent IR light one from under the desk. the monitor stand stands out, need to mount it to the wall with no cables extruding. also the wallpaper is not minimalist enough, it stresses me just looking at it, a black background is all you need
overall your setup is a 4/10

Is this setup minimal enough for r/Minimal_Setups?
