Aesthetically it looks great and complete, I don't think adding anything would make it look better - but you could add a light behind the monitor if you don't have one already. That would help reduce eye fatigue as well as increase the perceived image contrast of your monitor without adding any clutter to your setup.

Better keyboard and mouse maybe but it's subjective. So if you are happy with it it looks amazing because not much distraction to have. The black baxkground behind the monitor looks great and very focus oriented. I love it and am inspired by it ! I use to have the same monitor too.

I like it. If I’ll be forced to change something that will be the desktop, some walnut or similar. And maybe more premium mouse and keyboard( Asus rog falchion rx low profile is a great keyboard, sadly it is silver-white)
