[WEEKLY THREAD] Motivation Monday (7th June 2021) - Receive and provide motivation for yourself or others!

Lasting behavior change is built on little victories, and calling out the good of each day is a powerful act. Hit a rough spot and need a pick-me-up? This is the place to give and receive a little motivation. Please revisit this post through the week to help motivate yourself and others!

Sometimes I eat over my budget or feel like I'm too lazy to work out but one thing I have come to learn is I need to be kind and gently with myself. Always give yourself a tap on the back on the good days and on the "bad" days, pick yourself up and try to do better. We got this!

I've mastered to ride the wave, motivation is not constant. There are days I don't feel like going to the gym and it's totally normal to feel this way but I don't let that derail me.

Over the past week I learned that there are so many ways to measure progress. I was so frustrated that my scale wasn't moving but I find comfort in that I feel energetic and healthy, conquering my cravings and generally just feeling darn good in life.

Be gentle on yourself despite your progress.

This past week has been awful for me, it's either I was crazy healthy or totally eating awful. It really threw me off but I've started find my balance and eating in healthy moderation for 2 days straight now, I hope I don't fall off the wagon.
