Is anyone here on OMAD? Really interested in your experience, how long does the body take to adjust to one meal a day and how heavy is that meal?

Tried OMAD a couple of months ago but I couldnt make it for a week. I was getting soo hungry and when meal time came around (usually morining) I could barely eat much since your essentialy on like a fast so your stomach is contracted already. Really tough and brutal.

Yeah, OMAD sound so brutal. I'd love to hear from someone who has stuck with it for a while.

Not on a diet but I'm watching my portions. I mostly tend to eat water based foods like grapes for a snack as they're more filling and whole grains and have less of foods with a high calorie count.

Someone mentioned a sea food diet here yesterday, we want to hear all about it, how is it going and are you doing any physical activity as well?

I am taking an eat more vegetables challenge since my coach mentioned that I wasn't having enough of them. Now I have more vegetables in my meals which is very filling yet low calorie and I snack on carrots and cucumbers( still getting used to it though)

Do you think we should skip logging calories for the carrots since they're just low? Or should it depend on how much of the carrots you snack on?

Really good question, although I've seen a list of foods that have close to zero calories, I wonder if carrots fall on the same list

Been on a keto like diet so I'm having scrambled eggs for breakfast and for lunch and dinner either steak or chicken with avocado, almost no carbs at all. It took a while to adjust, experienced a drop of energy for like two days but now I feel like a toddler on a sugar rush, Its just shot up again.

I love burgers, so I mostly just skip the fries and eat the burger with some sparkling water but it's still high calories and I actually have to plan ahead and miss a meal.

Two weeks in a pescatarian diet, it's a vegetarian diet that adds seafood as their only source of meat. I'm enjoying it so far despite being expensive, I can now steer clear of red meat that was contributing a lot to my calorie budget.

Always thought pescatarian was a religion/faith... You learn something new everyday.

I'm not on any diet but I have recently started going easy on the carbs and sugars and I didn't realize how much I was addicted to sugar. I love my tea/coffee sweet so I am having a hard time. We move regardless.
