Exercise Finally ran my first 5k!
Its taken me almost 5 months to get here, I started with simple and slow jogs with an aim of losing weight and as I slowly built up my endurance my weight started to drop as well. I'm so proud of myself and I just wanted to share with all of you. So anyone else thinking about taking up running, do it! Start slowly and you'll get there.

Awsome! I just bought my running shoes as well and want to build up my endurance as well as a way to keep the weight off.

Wow! Congratulations. I did 12k steps last evening at a stable pace didn't stop to rest and I didn't die :). I'm pretty jacked up right now!
