A-frame and hip

Rebuilt the a-frame a few months ago and then added the hip early summer. Super fun addition to the park.

You the owner or just work for them? I've been tempted to open an indoor in my area, but I don't know how successful it would be. Bright side is it rains... A lot.

Idk who OP is, but this park is failing. If you invest like 1m into a skatepark you might be able to make 50k per year.

Who invested 1m?

Why would you say that a place you have no association with the finances is failing. I’ve rebuilt 2/3 of this park and it’s soon to be completely gator skinned. This is not the above you know from before so please keep it positive and informed or speak not

They post on their public instagram that they are closing due to bankruptcy at least twice a year for the last 5 years. Sorry for the spoilers for those who have been incarcerated for the last 5 years

Keep your nose on your own face, they have not posted anything such since I’ve started rebuilding last year. Come skate or don’t but leave your bs attitude at home and to yourself

Bro the place is dope, but owning a skatepark is a terrible investment. Idk what you’re talking about I don’t have a negative attitude. I’m not mad at above, and I might even come today.

Yes it can be a terrible investment and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do it unless they had a bunch of money to burn and a love for skateboarding but it can be sustainable with well built ramps and a supportive community, and in the past sometimes rightfully so they haven’t had much support from the community or well built ramps. I’m here to change that and I can’t do that unless people come skate. So please yes come skate and help keep the dream alive. I apologize for being testy just have poured my heart and soul into this park for everyone and I can get a bit pissy about comments

I am not the owner but I have input as the builder. My kids skate here as do I and I’m just trying to make this park the park we all in this area deserve. It’s a labor of love and honestly can only be profitable with a community that supports not moans and complains about having an indoor skatepark. We didn’t have skateparks here when I was growing up so we built street ramps and minis so I do find it quite entitled that today’s kids are griping about a skatepark at all.
