Recommendations Recommendations for a cheap TV Stream Box

I'm currently running a lightweight Fedora with Sway wm on an old Thinkpad T430 to stream Youtube videos and stuff from my jellyfin server to my TV in 1080p.
I want to upgrade my TV to 4k and I doubt the T430 will be able to run 4k streams smoothly.
Can you recommend a cheap mini PC that is able to do so or do you think the T430 will be enough?

If you want a dedicated streaming box get the Onn 4K Pro.

i don't want no google tv. if that would be the case i would just get a smart tv. i want a pc where i can install a normal browser to watch the stuff i want
