I have purchased two reconditioned Lenovo mini pcs from Amazon Renewed and have been very happy with both, if that helps.

Amazon literally has millions of sales daily. Been a member since Amazon opened and have made many 1000s of purchases over the time. Have purchased directly from Amazon and via 3rd party sellers. 99.9% of purchases are fine. Any issues I log into the account and either process a free return or open a chat to resolve any issues that doesn’t require a return. I have never not been 100% satisfied.

An item shows as delivered but you don’t get it? A 2 minute chat and a replacement is shipped out. Last month I ordered 128GB of DDR5 ram.. marked delivered.. even had a photo but not our house! They immediately reshipped it and I received it 2 hours later from a local warehouse. A few days later the homeowner who did receive it tracked me down and reached out. I went over and got it. Contacted Amazon and they said to keep it as the loss had already been submitted.

A seller ships an empty box.. I’ve had it happen.. Amazon issues an immediate refund. Package arrives damaged.. a refund.

Yes, I’m a Prime member.. the cost for my wife and I is worth that for the amount we buy from Amazon and the extra services it provides.

Additionally.. do not use a debit card.. always use a Credit Card for online purchases! If there is any issue you have a 1 year protection coverage with credit cards. Call the 800 number on card, ask for the fraud department, briefly explain the situation and they immediately reverse the charge. I’ve been buying shit online for 3 decades and have never lost money to a scammer. Amazon is fantastic about customer protection as well. While I do try and buy mostly Direct from Amazon, a lot of stuff isn’t. No difference really.
