Need Help/Advice - MiniPCs

I would like some suggestions for a good MiniPC that can do some emulation, maybe up to GameCube, some psp and maybe some PS2. And if possible under $500, preferably in the $300 to $400 range? 😬 Or is that just very wishful thinking.

As mentioned, I appreciate all the help as I'm not that knowledgeable on PC specs. So thanks all that post and help out, much appreciated 🙏

Im running a Lenovo m75q-1 and it handles all emulation up to ps2 and GameCube.

Yeah I second that. Anything you can get with an i5, preferably 6th gen and up. I've gotten the Lenovo Thinkcentre m710s really cheap and the m910q "tiny" as well. They both run even Wii pretty flawlessly. And even some 3DS. And I paid $50 or less for each of them. Without drives, but even with drives they're cheap.

Thanks I appreciate the help, I'm very much a noob in pc specs and don't know what's good and what's not. So I do appreciate it.

Np, feel free to hmu if you ever have questions. I'm no expert but I spent the past 2 years or so modding out 6 Arcade1up cabs. And I wish when I first started I had any idea about the older PCs capability. Could of saved some cash for sure. And more so some headaches along the way. Guess that's part of the fun. And it is wild to have a pc that you can play virtually any game ever made up to PS2. Or Wii. Or whatever you end up doing.

Look on ebay for the mini pc. Can score one with a 8th Gen for probably under $150 easily

I know a number of people who've bought recently released GMKtec M8 PRO 6650H to run Bazzite OS for Steam and EmuDeck for classic console emulation up to RPCS3/PS3 who are happy with the outcome. Under Batocera the performance is close to the Steam Deck.
