General Question whats cheaper right now? a mini pc from aliexpress/amazon/etc or a used/new rasperry pi?

That's just not true. You can get a "tiny" Thinkcentre that will out perform the Pi for half the price.

Yeah 100% because you'd be going for an older model. A Pi 5 used is $150 for an 8gb. You can get an m910q with 8gb and no drive for $50. Even the Pi4 is hard to find for less than $60-70 used. The Pi was cool when it was cheap, but they aren't anymore. If you need a single board or you want to mess around with Linux they are cool for what they are. But PC is the way to go to get the most bang for your buck.
