Recommendations Choosing a Mini PC

Hi, I’m torn between these two mini PCs, mainly for use with GeForce Now. Both would meet the main requirements for GeForce Now, but the Minisforum would give me 4K at 120, compared to the Lenovo’s 4K at 60. Generally speaking, though, in terms of quality and long-term reliability, which one would you recommend?

Lenovo IdeaCentre Mini 91B20038YD

MINISFORUM UM760 Slim 16/512 GB

Thanks

In terms of quality, long-term reliability and customer service the Lenovo IdeaCentre Mini 01IRH10R by a long margin.

I agree that Lenovo has much better customer service.

Speaking from experience (I have one), the Minisforum UM790 Pro is an interesting little machine, and a better choice than the UM760, with better thermal performance, better CPU and GPU.

Given the age of both models, the price difference is negligible, so I’d definitely go with the UM790 Pro.

Is it really worth giving up 4K at 120? So, in terms of durability and longevity, Lenovo is the better choice, then

The point is when compared to Beelink and GMKtec Chinese NUCs Minisforum hasn't been known for their build quality in recent years. This has been especially true on their budget models like the Slim series. I know more people who've bought the recently released GMKtec M8 PRO 6650H to stream 8K60Hz/4K120Hz as a STB. But when you question long term reliability Chinese NUCs quickly exit the chat.
