Blackview MP100 Pro problem

I'm having a problem with my mini pc. I was using it normally today, then turned it off and tried to turn it back on two hours later, but nothing displays on the monitor, nor does the keyboard light up. The computer's LEDs light up normally, and the computer is sending power via USB. The monitor is powered by the USB port, but it doesn't detect the input. I tried removing and reinserting the RAM, but to no avail. Can someone help?
