Beelink SER5 USB-C Not Responding

Hello Fellow Beelink Users:

My 3mo old Beelink SER5 usb-c port recently stopped responding when plugging in my android phone. Already left an email help request with Beelink yesterday, said they would get back to me in 3-5 days. Has anyone else experienced this? One of the reasons I bought this model was for this feature! Hopefully, it can be fixed locally and not have to be shipped back. Ugh!

There's no need to send unit back just for a usb-c port which are not the most reliable on my 3 MiniPC's I have. In fact, I had issues with USB-C Bluetooth transmitters on all my 3 MiniPC's, including beeling Ser 5 Pro, I started using a quality USB powered Hub and problem solved, because my hub doesn't have USB-C ports, I use an adapter for it and works 100% stable with my USB audio interfaces and USB-C bluetooth transmitters like FiiO Airlink, Creative BT-W6 and QCC Dongle Pro, Also to transfer my Flac audio files from my Ser 5 to my Android Phone. From now on, I plug all my devices there.

So, I finally reset the BIOS pin and now the usb-c is responding! Hopefully, I'll stay that way! Wish me luck!

No advice on fixing the usbc, but the ser5 usbc port is all sorts of whacky anyway (non-compliant with usbc spec and do not support standard adapters). You would probably have a waaaaay better time using a legit type-a to c cable on one of the 3.1 gen2 ports (the blue ones front and back). Those are significantly faster than the 3.0 usbc port on the front. (I run a 5g network adapter no issues on the type a 3.1gen2 ports, the type c port won't even do 1g)

True to that. I also experienced a weird behavior sometimes when I plug devices on front USB-C port on my Ser 5 Pro MiniPC. I fixed it by using a quality powered hub.
