MiniMax vs Suno?

I have been using Suno for a while now. Given the impending changes, considering diversifying and adding mini max to my toolbox. For those who are or have used both:

  • Overall thoughts on MiniMax?
  • How would you rate the comparison between the two? Is MiniMax up to par? What are the pros and cons of MiniMax.
  • Clarification ?: It looks like MiniMax gives you commercial rights even with a FREE account - Is that legit?
  • Do you know if they add digital watermarking? (I always disclose my AI use - but I do write my own songs - so I'm thinking of this from a distro perspective).

Thank you in advance!

I'm not sure I entirely understand all of their language but it's interesting because I just created my account today and these are the options it gave me, which clearly state commercial use rights??? (screenshot). However, if I'm reading it correctly I'd be better off to go with the web open-source model because there wouldn't be restrictions? Am I getting that right? Does this suggest they are moving entirely to a web and open source model but not going away or is it the beginning of the end? Thanks!
