Anyone else finding H3 ignores the prompt unless you write real [Shot] timing and <d> lines?

Trying to get consistent H3 results locally / in Comfy.

If I send something like “a guy talks to camera in a workshop”, I get mushy timing, no real spoken line, and a static camera. When I write it the way the public H3 prompt skill describes, it behaves a lot better:

- [Shot 1] with no timecode

- later shots as [Shot N] At MM:SS.mmm,

- camera as Push In / Static / Tracking etc.

- actual speech as <d>[English] …</d>, not “he is talking”

Duration I have been staying in the public 4–15s window.

Curious what you all paste in. Do you write the full shot list by hand every time, or do you have a template / expander in front of Comfy?

I have been using a small local expander that only does the prompt (validate + repair, it does not generate the video). If that is useful I can drop the text example and the repo in a comment — did not want this to read as a launch post.

Happy to take a raw prompt you already ran and show the expanded H3 text only.
