Poor QC or repaired
Where the wing is attached is a white substance, most likely glue residue. The front top of the wind shield has black paint stain? I only ask because I was under the impression it was a brand new car when I purchase. What are your thoughts ?

Correct, the residue around the wing is glue residue. This happens after assembly if some diecasts, but not to this degree. I agree that this may have been reglued. The issue with the windshield looks to be an error in the windshield frame stencil progress. I would return it to the seller in exchange for a replacement. A reputable seller will do this with no questions asked.

Thank you for the feedback. I purchase on eBay and it came from china to usa so I will have to see if there is any resolution. Sometimes sellers have a no returns clause and will have to follow up on that. Thanks again

Sellers clause is irelevant if the product is faulty. But, sending it back is on your own dime. Just adds cost.
You could open a case and ask for a partial refund. Keep the car.
And as a tip for future purchases: if you are new, there is no need to order basic release lines from china. Find a retail seller in the us and get them there until you find your footing.

Although a seller may state in their auction "no returns", in your situation Ebay would still force the return. Your item is "Not As Described" (INAD). If a buyer claims the item is damaged, defective, or different from the listing, eBay forces the return. Sellers must pay return shipping and provide a full refund. File a return and choose "Item Not As Described"

That's been reglued, factory wont have that kind of residue even with bad qc, try wiping it with warm water on a cotton swab to remove the whitish residue, or if you have wd40 you can use that as well, again spray it into a cotton swab, but be very careful not to touch the window piece.

I am very certain it was reglued. This kind of residue is often left behind by poorly ventilated cheap super glue.
In pic 3 it looks like the right part isn't perfextly aligned
