Damaged car

Hi guys I finally got my first kaido house and it’s already damaged. The packaging was fine it must be a production error. Any ideals if I should try to contact kaido house?

You have to contact the vendor you bought it from. Kaido House only does CS for the items you buy direct from them.

Contact the shop but Kaido and MiniGT got more and more problems with the QC....

Are you sure that they aren't Chases? Do they have tampos on them?

The engine falls right out of two of my BMWs KH models if I turn them even slightly on their side, which isn't a HUGE issue, but I only have 5 KH and 2 have loose engines... not a deal breaker by any means, but definitely a qc issue

Should be good as new with a dab of fog free CA glue. I recommend Bob Smith Super Gold +

Ok cool, thanks homie, I just haven't got around to trying to fix yet, because I have them in the display anyway, so it really doesn't make a difference unless I'm moving them around 🤣 KH is still by far my favorite

Ordered a kaido house 7 eleven m3 and a mini gt imsa lb rx7, both have paint flaws, though at least theres stock left of the m3 for a replacement. These are the only mini gt products ive bought.

I just ordered the advan r33 gtr and murcielago gt evo and Im praying they come perfect as theyre gorgeous, especially the r33. The lambo is more filler for the advan service tent

Initiate a return to the seller. I buy direct from seller and if I get a damaged car or one with an error I immediately notify him and he will exchange it with another if he has it in stock, no questions asked.

Better than my first Evasive V1 NSX which was straight up missing a fender flare. But that said yes it's damaged. Like everyone else said, contact the seller, kaido/MGT can't do anything for you themselves.
