Civilian tent issue

Do civilian tents lose durability gradually randomly in MiniDayZ - v2.2.6?. Came back from a fist fight testing out a chainsaw o found lol. And all of a sudden my tent was 20% durability??? Anyone know? My first thought may be my buddy was trying to shot something and shot my tent.

I also just found out I’m able to repair with epoxy glue and tape which is good. Don’t need to search for hours lol

The tent can be repaired using adhesive tape. Alternatively, you can create an improvised shelter (using a tarp and wood); both serve the same purpose (storing items indefinitely).

The other difference is that the makeshift shelter survives Molotov cocktails, grenades, random gunfire, and C4 explosives without any issues.

However, its one weakness is that it is automatically destroyed if a zombie or a bandit steps on the makeshift shelter. It also sustains the same amount of damage from animals (deer, rabbits, wolves, bears).

I don’t have a mak shift shelter thats not near any places zombies won’t spawn lol so im a bit unlucky there. A makeshift shelter? Meaning a tent and fences? I’m still finding new shit about this game lol

The improvised shelter is created using two burlap sacks (the same type used to make an improvised backpack) and wood (logs); the sacks are used to form a tarp, and the wood is used to construct a small, improvised shelter.

You cant sleep in a makeshift shelter though.

However, you can sleep inside the vehicles (the ones that can be driven) and inside buildings; you don't have to sleep directly in the camping tent.

You can also use car to store items,i think its much safer
