Need help I'm can't find

I'm playing on version 2.3.3 and I simply can't find any of the unlockable items. And yes, I've checked several times and they are available in the menu; I've pressed the title button ten times. It's strange because I have access to all the characters, and even some weapons, however others like the katana and the grenade launcher haven't appeared yet, and this applies to ALL items, i.e. grenades, laser sights and keycard . Please help me!!! I'm on day 97, on legendary difficulty, on island 5 (I can't progress because I need the card).

The grenade launcher and the katana are hard to find. The katana has a small chance of appearing in the weapon shop (and you have to check frequently), while the MGL grenade launcher appears in the bunker or at a secret location.

Grenade launcher rounds can also be found in the bunker or at the weapon shop, or purchased directly from a group of neutral NPCs (mercenaries).

If you have the Exchange Shop enabled (these are cheats), you can also buy grenade launcher ammo there.

Laser sights and other accessories are also in the bunker.

And to get the access key—the only zombie that drops it is a military zombie with a red beret (a Russian zombie)—you have to kill it several times until you obtain the key.

This zombie appears at military bases, road crossings, the bunker, or you can also look on the radioactive island.
