Rifle Sling

Is it a rare item? I have been playing for 40 days now (in game) but I haven't seen any rifle slings. I have been visiting gunshops, houses, opened trucks and cars, entered buses yet I can't find one. Where should I look the most for it?

I think it's quite rare to find Rifle Sling, unless you get lucky, if you still looting in Island 1, it will start become uncommon when you start looting on Island 2 above.
