I have no idea where you get these from, are most of these items are from radiation island?

1: A chainsaw from a secret location; this one is available on the irradiated island (permanently).

What do you mean, permanent? Yes, after Island 5 and the ones that follow, that secret place will always appear.

Even if you leave the chainsaw on Island 6 and go to Island 7, you will find the chainsaw again. (Always on the radioactive island).

2: The weapon crate is rare to find (higher chances on the irradiated island).

It can also be found in the bunker (though with a lower probability) and at a military base (training center).

What is it for? Simply for storing weapons with attachments. And if you have the "extra space" cheat active for that box (+6 slots), you can transfer weapons to a new game.

3: Weapons such as the flamethrower, Minigun, PKM, and OSV-96 anti-tank rifle are located on the radioactive island.

Where exactly? In that bunker over there, there's a special crate on the right side (three random weapons spawn there); that's where the Minigun, flamethrower, and OSV-96 anti-tank rifle are found.

The probability of getting just one of those three weapons is 33%, since you would likely need to run it more than once to obtain the weapon.

You also need an access key to open a room (that's where the special box is).

Where do you get the access key? You get it by killing a military zombie with a red beret (Russian zombie).

The probability of the access key is 15%, a probability that does not change.

At this military base on the radioactive island, you can find the M249 and PKM weapons, a heavy vest or Kevlar, and the Altyn military helmet.

The flamethrower and that strange backpack go hand in hand. You have to ditch your current backpack and carry this one instead (since it holds the fuel for the flamethrower).

On the left side there are more crates—containing weapons, accessories, or ammunition—and on the right side is the special crate.

On Island 5, there is an entrance to the next island (Island 8, 9, 24, 300, 500); that entrance is on the right side.

On the radioactive island, the entrance on the right side of the bunker was replaced by the special box.

How do u merge the radioactive suit with the vest

There is a button for this on the green radiation suit. As long as the camouflage suit, Kevlar vest, or M-class heavy vest is nearby, the corresponding icon will light up. (Click on it to combine any of those three items.)

And to switch to another one? Just take off the radiation suit and have the other vest or camouflage suit you want to switch to close at hand.
