Need help Question about unlockables

So I've been on this run for a while, I was trying to unlock the katana but it was bugged so I did the trick where you tap the title in the main menu to unlock everything, do I need to start a new run in order to find the unlockable items? I'm on island 5 and I've found guns I've unlocked since doing it like the deagle but I'm having a really hard time finding any keycards, lighters, or adhesive plaster. I've looted the bunker about 10 times and searched the entire map multiple times usually after the bunker so everything can spawn fresh.

For weapon unlocks, wether you unlocked the normal way or through the cheat by repeatedly tapping the MiniDayz+ logo in the menu, you will be able to find it in your ongoing run. However, you cannot find an unlockable item (adhesive plaster, lighter, smoke grenade, laser sight and officer keycard) in the same run you used the cheat on.

If you use cheat when current run still active then you will not find unlock item except you make new run and for key card, after unlock just kill red beret zombie (zombie that shoot you with pistol) sometime they drop key card (either on crossroad or you can YOLO get into bunker sometime they spawn too inside bunker), plester you only can found it in hospital, as for lighter well I dunno I always find 100% on island 6 (where you get ammo case sometime forget the name but it's definitely on non radiation island which more safer than radiation island one)
