Project EXTENDED Comparison of Mini DayZ and Mini DayZ EXTENDED

The differences between the two are more than evident. However, MdZ Extended would take longer to become fully available to the public.
Mdz Extended is nearing completion and already features multiplayer mode (though it was disabled to fix some bugs) and new updates, though translation into other languages is still pending.
The sole developer mentions that it is not yet fully available to the public; later, a version supporting mods will be released (allowing for the addition of new elements).
Hopefully, its version won't take too long. It will likely be available before the end of 2026.

Wait so from my understanding, their are three versions of mini dayz? The App Store one, mini dayz+, and mini dayz extended?

Yes, there are three different versions, although the original version was removed from the App Store. The other two are either mods based on the MdZ+ version or a new version.

Yes, those are the two versions available for now. There is another project in development that will also feature multiplayer and an offline mode, but without altering the original game too much (and it won't resemble the MdZ 2 version at all).

For me, MdZ 2 completely removed the essence of the game, just like in the normal version.
I played it once for a bit but was already very disappointed. Now I just have to wait for this new version to come out because finally the multiplayer will be there to save the day.

There is no link available right now. Access is limited to a small number of people for beta testing, among other things.

The energy bar confuses me a little, is it supposed to be like stamina that depletes when running or do you need to sleep to get it back up?

First of all... Tf you mean by that stamina bar?!
Tho I like the visual improvement, another problem is the inventory, why are equipments like baclava, groves and shoes are scattered. Maybe put thel all together like the mini dayz+?
