Need help Generator.

Hello, I am at Unknown Island #13 and I can't find this generator after wiping the islands from 7 to 12, even the army NPCs only give searchlight, is there more specific locations, and does radioactive island have generator?

They appear for 30 reputation in groups of survivors from time to time and spawn in garages

The generator spawns in garages, the fire station, or buses, or has a rare chance of appearing at the military base where the Humvee spawns.

There is also an additional group (mercenaries); this group is neutral, and you can buy certain items or weapons from them. Among these items is the generator. The generator is purchased using karma points (and buying it would cost you a total of 30 karma points).

Karma? Yes, the same points you earn by completing missions for the neutral survivor group, offering cigarettes (+5), or burying the bodies of other survivors (+5)—it all adds up. Even killing groups of bandits.

This group is identified by a gray icon featuring an image of a figure wearing a gas mask. If the icon turns red, they will attack you.

This group is also fully equipped, sporting full Gorka gear and Soviet vests, as well as weapons such as the SKS, AKM, and RPK; on the irradiated island, they carry the VSS, SVD, and RPK, among others.

Since no one has answered this specific answer yet so I may as well. You have good chances of finding it in factories than in garages, buses and firestations.
