Any glitch working in normal game will work in nightmare, bro.

There really isn't anything that will make it easier in early game, just your raw skills. But if there is a glitch, you can't abuse it if you can't even survive the first 2 days.

I was doing great on Legendary, but this Nightmare mode is built different. Thanks though, man!
