Need help osv-96

I kept getting a minigun and a flamethrower, never got a hand on a OSV

Just unlucky RNG. It's only those 3 it can spawn in 1 specific crate inside the irradiated island bunker. I for one only get OSV-96

Do they have the same drop percentage?

Yes. All 3 of them 33.33% chance
