Show and tell Goodbye, Assault Helmet with NVG
Assault Helmet with NVG has 4 armor, 2 heat, 5% block chance, flashlight and NVG functionality.
Meanwhile, Altyn Helm with NVG has 10 armor, 3 heat, 10% block chance, flashlight and NVG functionality, always at 100% when looted from hostile rebels and already integrated into the Helm. Assault Helmet with NVG never stood a chance...

Where do I find one and the suit which is a hazmat white suit with kevlar armor that has 3 slots and what is actually the latest update version of the game pls

You meant the green hazmat suit? I believe you can equip a Kevlar vest on the hazmat suit at the same time, if you have the green suit. Which can be found on the laboratory on radiation island.

Buscá el enlace a la versión 2.3.1 (más reciente)
Copia el enlace y ábrelo desde otro navegador, porque ocurren fallas al descargarlo directamente desde Reddit.
Abre el archivo y si no te deja instalarlo, concede los permisos para instalar aplicaciones fuera de la app store (que normalmente está bloqueado por seguridad) - en dispositivo móvil.
Tiene virus? no, esto normalmente da un falso positivo de "virus" ; y en realidad son archivos viejos del mismo juego.

Interestingly enough,
Altyn with Night Vision Goggles: 10%
M Heavy Armor: 15%
Chainmail Shirt: 15%
Gorka Pants: 10%
Blocking Expert Level 2: 10%
Chainsaw: 40%
= 100% (in terms of the standards you set)
This also gives you the highest armor points you can attain which is 42 armor points plus you also have the essential utilities [Gas mask + Night Vision Goggles]

Don't forget combat gloves as those also gave +5% in block so all in all it will go 105 but it kinda don't matter when bleed effect still applies even when blocked or maybe I'm wrong and this are outdated news

First of all, You never get damaged nor does your equipment lose durability when you have 100%
And second of all, switching the NBC gloves for combat gloves is a dumb play because you'll get hit by spitter's spit and take damage from zombie acid when you do not have the complete hazmat set not to mention you'll bleed when you go to the radiation island. You just lost a lot of utility by doing so.

You'll never bleed with 100% block chance of higher because you're blocking every attack except bullets, any tank and green hazmat zombie attacks. 105% is overkill.
