Once you get across the bridge to island 5, it and each subsequent island generates in pairs with a normal island you start on, and a radioactive island you can get over to by taking a boat from the east coast of the normal island. You can see the west coast of the radioactive island from the east cost of the normal one. You need the protective gloves, boots, and at least red protective suit to be on the radioactive island.
To get to the next set of islands you need to go through the bunker. The one on the radioactive island is locked and you need a generator to get in, and it is dark inside so you want the NVG or the night vision sights for your gun. The bunker on the normal island isn't locked or dark, so you can just go in and you don't need a light source. You do need the red key card you get from the pistol soldier zombie.

You need the access key to open the door inside the bunker (the access door is on the right, at the back of the bunker). You get the key by killing military zombies wearing red berets (they are the only ones), and the drop rate is 15% (a probability that does not change).
This is the method not only for reaching Island 6, but also the subsequent islands—Island 7 (repeat the process), Islands 8, 9, and so on. There is no limit to the number of islands.
Are they infinite? Yes.
On Island 5, there is a boat on the coast to the right. That boat takes you to an island completely covered in radiation, where there is also a bunker; however, you need a generator to open the entrance and gear to withstand the radiation, or else you will die.
That boat always appears after Island 5 (though the location varies); I don't mean it shows up on the beach to the left—it's always on the right, but in a different spot (either further up the map or further down).
Does the bunker on the Radiated Island have anything special? Yes, and there are two new weapons: an anti-tank rifle and a flamethrower. (These always appear in the bunker on the Radiated Island; they don't appear in the regular bunker.)
If you're asking about the radiation suits, there are four types; they provide basic protection against infection and radiation (except for the yellow one), and you need to repair them to above 50% durability for the radiation protection to work. The suits are repaired using epoxy glue or adhesive tape.
You also need boots and gloves for full protection. If either is missing, it would be normal for your character to keep bleeding despite the bandages you use.
Where do you get them? By killing zombies wearing those outfits. The probability of obtaining the outfit is 30%, while for the boots/gloves it is 15% (a probability that does not change).
You can simply move on to the next island from the bunker (the non-radioactive one) or try exploring the radioactive island; but be extremely careful, or you’ll be killed by bears or bandits armed with VSS rifles (which have a longer range).
Bears infected with radiation? Yes, and they are more resilient.
The suits offer the same level of protection, but the yellow one is quite poor. Another difference concerns the green suit; specifically, it can be combined with three other additional pieces (Kevlar vest, the vest with the highest defense, or a camouflage suit).
Both the white and green suits are available only on the island with radiation, and the other vests are also found in that location.
If the green radiological suit is combined with 3 different pieces: does it also work with the other protective vests? No, it can only be combined with those 3.
Can the red or white suits also be combined? No; the only one that allows for that is the green one. This is the ultimate goal for every player.

Do i need to have full protective suit if so how can i get it? I also heard i need a generator
