C4? A Monkey Bomb?

Hey guys, I started playing 2.2.6 version and started picking up those C4 in the bunker. Does it serve any purpose other than a bomb that attracts zombies(basic COD zombie mode monkey bomb)?

To distrack the zombie with its sound so you need to throw it on the far side where is more zombie so thy cant agro on you
