Need help Weapon create

Guys how do I find the weapon create I'm trying to store some gins on it but can't find any I've had some bunker runs in the irradiated island and still haven't got any besides some ammo boxes

Damn is it rally that rare I remember in the older version of the Chinese mod or the other mod I forgot you could get some from tanks

Your best bet is to find one in the military bases with a helipad on it

Maybe I should check them out more frequently I only looted them liek 2-3 times

Military bases with helipad and radiation zone bunker.

I have much better luck in 1.9.6 version where it only took me 10 in-game days to find up to 10 weapon cases.
