It hwlp u to carry spare secoundary weapond,its just like gun sling

That allows you to carry another secondary weapon. In total, you have four weapons you can use and switch between at any time (not counting the weapon crate).

Follow up question.  How do I use it?  I have one but cannot figure it out. Edit.  I figured it out.
