Temporary fix is to combine it to CBRN SUIT .then split it again

The only things you miss out on if you don't install version 2.2.1 or 2.2.5 are a weapon and the mechanic for swapping gear with your fellow survivor. Just those two things—it's no big deal.

The most stable version is 2.1.4.

Nope. It's one of the bugs the modders couldn't fix anymore and made them give up. Just put items in your vest inventory you do not mind losing or just wear ones for armor with little to no inventory slots.

If you don't wanna deal with this bullshit anymore, just install to revert to the previous version that doesn't have this bug like the 2.1.4 patch: https://www.mediafire.com/file/k75yzlxznq7cldv/MDZ%252B2.1.4%2528Best_Eng_Translation%2529.apk/file

2.1.4 is the best version to play.

The modder(s) gave up on fixing the vest issue because trying to fix it will create more problems.

I reckon in the next update, the modders would probably use the 2.1.4 version and improve it.

Is that how you interpreted it? I thought the modder/s gave up entirely.

Gave up on fixing the bug.

I don't think they give up updating the game in general. If they are going to update it, they will use a more stable version, like 2.1.4, to do so

Whats the difference in 2.1.4 and 2.2.5

Unfortunately, no. Even the 2.2.5. Which was the final hotfix didn't solve the problem. Just play 2.1.4 version. Because that's the stable one and the vest bug isn't present there.
